The front desk personnel were great. Our room was the problem. On one of the beds the sheets weren't changed. They had blood and mascara stains. The pillow had hair. When we removed the sheets the mattress was even worse with stain. We weren't offered another room. They just brought new sheets and pillow cases. No one followed up.

Disliked: The bed!

Liked: About 20-30mins from downtown LA.
Disliked: There was trash in the can, the bed looked as if someone was recently in it, soap opened in the bathroom, wifi code stopped working halfway through the trip although it's suppose to be valid for 7 days. Cleanliness is so so.

YOUR COMPANY LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING...

Liked: We booked 2 rooms with king size beds, however when we got there they only had double queen beds. That is not what we paid for!Breakfast was a joke too. Every slim pickings.When going back to the rooms, the girl came with a trunk full of food. By then it was too late for how we were feeling. Never again will we book through booking.com.You can not get through to the front desk on THEIR MESS-UP NOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH BOOKING.COM. IT'S A RUN AROUND!THEY LOST OUR SERVICE

Ok hotel for overnight stay...

Liked: It was ok to stay overnight.
Disliked: We were at the first floor and there seemed to be alot of noise coming from outside and from above guests which was not pleasant and had hard time sleeping.
