I'm thankful we were only...

Liked: The location was perfect for our trip- we were going to Fallsview casino for a show. It was close to the venue and a close drive to food and other entertainment.
Disliked: The building was super run down. They only had 2 luggage carts available and they were broken.The elevators felt unsafe, they were loud and would shake. The room & the common areas were very dusty and had many visible carpet stains.They had 3 ice machines and only 1 was operational.Bedding and towels had black hairs on them when we arrived.

I would never stay here...

Liked: The location was good. Close to main events and activities
Disliked: The rooms were not clean. There was dried pee on the toilet in our room, the mirror in the bathroom didn’t look like it had been washed. There was mold on the air conditioning / heating system, which was also broken and making a weird sound. The staff was rude. The pool was not available for use. The bill given didnt match the cost outlined in this app.

Disliked: The breakfast setup. Cheapest plates at the Ihop on site were $25 and we were given one single $15 dollar coupon to offset the cost for a family of four! Plus the service was absurdly slow - more than 30 min to take our order and another 40 min to get the food.

Budget Accommodation

Liked: The hotel is in a decent location.
Disliked: Our shower head did not work, the beds and pillows are old and lumpy. The people in the room next to us were very loud.
