Disliked: The lady at checkout (not the one who checked us in) was very stroppy and confrontational,when asked about the deposit and to check the room because she took a deposit she was unwilling to do so Because the hotel took the deposit and not just put it on a hold ,like other hotels this cost us money when put through a non American credit card

Disliked: Property is old and needs to be updated. Walls need painting, bathroom is old tub and fixtures are old. The bed base is metal so when sit on the bed it bangs. The gym room was horrible the only working equipment was the elliptical machine and it barely worked. The treadmill was broken and was apparently sitting there for a while as it was rusting.

Liked: I booked two rooms as we were in town for some college tours. The staff were kind, especially Michelle, she is a sweetheart, the manager was okay, but lacks customer service skills and a good demeanor. Not good when you are at the front greeting customers, but just look mean as heck! Parking was great.
Disliked: The rooms were incredibly outdated, dirty, paint peeling, ring around the tub and toilet, I actually cleaned the toilet!!! The hallway carpets are filthy. For breakfast, I had some kids with me and they were disappointed that the bacon, egg, and cheese was already pre-wrapped and cold. I honestly didn't think I should have paid $100 per room, it was giving motel or inn service not typical for a Wyndham/Ramada facility.
