Never again!

Liked: The front desk staff and response time to problems.
Disliked: No hot water; noisy; doors slamming; people walking above you; paper thin walls.

Liked: Clean; very nice breakfast.
Disliked: The lavatory/bath area was in disrepair. The refrigerator and micro-wave were unplugged and plug in was unaccessable. Water for coffee in room was nasty, and when we asked for bottled water, we were told where to buy some.

Disliked: - Very loud from the I-10- Floor wasn't vacumed

Disliked: Holes in the shade on the window, and when asked for an extra blanket, it also had holes in it.

In the end was good...

Liked: We enjoyed and felt comfortable when they moved us to the upgraded room.
Disliked: We found bed bugs and was put in 3 smoking rooms and I got sick from the smell of it and trouble breathing . As I have asthma . Our 3 year old also .

Location was convenient and price...

Liked: The fact that Smoking Rooms were available.
Disliked: N/A

Outdated.

Liked: A bunch of homeless were on the property. Rooms are definitely not what they seem.
Disliked: Out dated and smelled so bad like smoke
