Liked: Close to Fairgrounds and it was right off interstate. It had a shuttle service that ran back and forth to Festival.
Disliked: Very outdated. Could hear every noise possible. Refrigerator ran the entire time and was extremely noisy. When they were doing laundry, you could hear water running through the walls. Very small garbage cans and TV.

OK place to stay overnight....

Liked: Good place to stop overnight by interstate if you are on the road. Sometimes you are glad to crash somewhere if you arrive late at night. Nice to have breakfast included in the price, especially the fruit basket. Not much protein available, mostly carbs. Coffee machine in breakfast area was good (unlike the one in the room)...you can make Americano. Microwave was provided in breakfast area so you can heat up your own food if you want something other than white toast or bagels and packets of instant oatmeal. I brought my own frozen breakfast burrito from a store, so I was satisfied.
Disliked: Rooms were a bit barren. Bathroom extractor fan was worn out and so loud I didn't want to turn on the light in there as it was like standing by a revving truck. Coffee one-cup brewing machine in room lacked the coffee "drawer" where the hot water is supposed to drip through, so it was useless even though coffee bag was provided. I do like to be able to make coffee in the room in the morning, so this was disappointing to me. I went downstairs in my PJ's to get my coffee fix. No printed receipt was offered upon checkout by the brusque staff lady manning the front desk in the morning.

Liked: It was cheap
Disliked: The room was like a prison cell. Old dated furniture, not a thing on the walls, no lamps, no chair, tv on top of the wardrobe made it hard to watch tv. Photo on bookin.com looked NOTHING like the room. The room sucked.

Clean but unpretentious hotel. Good...

Liked: I was looking for clean and safe accommodations, and this hotel fit the bill. The price was right. The night manager (sorry, can't remember her name) was excellent. She was welcoming and friendly.
Disliked: The free breakfast was a little of a let down; it was the bare minimum, no frills kind. When I went down for breakfast at 8:30AM (breakfast ends at 9:00AM), there was no cream cheese or butter left for the bagels/toast/English muffins. When I asked for cream cheese, I was handed one small pack. Found that a little stingy. :(

Passable

Liked: Didn’t care for the break at all with the exception of the fruit. Coffee was difficult to master and there seemed no alternatives
Disliked: The evening clerk was not very knowledgeable about the reservations and such.

Disliked: Stayed at the property 2 times an still didn’t receive my $200 deposit an it’s been 2 months or more
