Room was very clean and cool; very spacious. Not noisy at all.

Liked: Very clean and staff was very courteous and helpful at all times.
Disliked: Nothing.

Enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again. Staff is friendly and professional. Rates are reasonable. Only wished that there were arrangements with the parking garage for discount.

Disliked: No parking at check-in. Very dated and dirty carpets, old and cheap looking renovations, odd shaped rooms, tiny bathroom with lots of messy caulking and mold issues, loose floor tiles, abandoned hotel style HVAC unit replaced with very loud window unit, common areas have no cooling means, neighborhood seems sketchy.

Liked: Ms. Viktoria at the front desk was very professional and made me feel satisfied as a guest despite the many challenges at this hotel. The location is quite close to the subway station and only a few stops to the heart of NYC.
Disliked: The hotel is generally clean but as a building this is a ruin ready for demolition and refurbishing from scratch. The hotel has a good potential in location and staff, but nothing else is worth mentioning

Liked: Huge rooms, literally almost a studio.Very clean and good location, walkable from JSQ station.Staff was welcoming and warm.
Disliked: Breakfast had very limited options.Not much sunlight comes to the room.
