Liked: Room was clean, bed was comforatble.
Disliked: 3 calls to the hotel for the shuttle, 2.2 miles way, on a tuesday night at 11:00 pm. Drive lied about not seeing us, said he came three times, however 4 of us sat there at 40 degrees watching for him. Upon his arrival he didn't bother helping with bags.

Liked: The room was clean, good location, nothing special but as expected.
Disliked: The front desk staff is very unfriendly and not helpful at all, that’s if they are even at the front desk when you get there. Be prepared to stand around for a few minutes before anyone realizes you are there.I asked about long term parking but it’s run through one of the shuttle drivers who you have to track down yourself and he just calls a guy on the phone and takes your credit card info over the phone. Didn’t feel legit but we had to leave for our flight. Upon our return we called the front desk to request a shuttle to the airport for pick up. After standing around for over 30 minutes we decided to get on a different shuttle to a nearby long term parking lot. We walked from there to the hotel and upon arrival nobody was at the front desk but a shuttle driver walked by, we asked if a shuttle had been sent to the airport to pick anyone up and he said “no”, it was never mentioned to him. We asked to go your car in the locked parkade and when we got there he told us we hadn’t paid, but also asked for a completely different price than I had paid 10 days earlier. Luckily I received a text when I paid and used that to confirm with him. It took him about 10 minutes to track down and confirm my payment on his phone. The experience on both ends of our trip was not enjoyable. Will not be back.

Great place to stay when...

Liked: I love the 24/7 Shuttle to the airport as our flight was at 5 am and the other hotels started their shuttle at 5 am.
Disliked: Which I could have had an early breakfast but I understand it's hard to start breakfast that early in the Morning.

The stay was very brief....

Liked: It had a restaurant inside and was very cheap
Disliked: There was a very odd smell coming from the room and staff must have known about it due to the fact the window was slightly open. The room looked clean but upon waking up we found a bug in the bed. We wanted to notify staff about it that morning before checking out but the only staff at the counter was the man getting ready to drive the shuttle to the airport.

Liked: The restaurant on site. Amazing food and so many options.
Disliked: Shuttle service or lack of. We waited over an hour and vehicle was disgustingly filthy. The rooms were nasty. Garbage all over the floor and stunk
