Ramada Inn Beaumont

We arrived at this hotel after a very long trip, of which I had 2 hours of sleep in the past 24 hours. The lobby was nice, that is the only positive thing I can say. This hotel has 2 floors, and no elevator, so I am mother of two and alone, I am carrying bags and bags of luggage up the stairs. The stairwell is gross, the halls were dirty the carpet was dirty. Our room had a musky, moldy smell. The carpet felt damp, I insisted my children wear shoes when getting off the bed. There was a giant inspected sticker on the dirty window looking out. The bathroom door was a dark brown color where I could see dirt and splatter all over it, clearly not clean. I literally sat on the edge of the bed thinking I cant believe we have to sleep here. If it wasnt for my exhaustion and inability to pay to stay elsewhere, I would have left. I prayed that we wouldnt bring home bedbugs, it was GROSS. I wont stay here again.

Lobby was ok, but stairwell was gross, room nasty, stains on sheets
