Disliked: No information offered at check in, how the remote given at check works for either heater and cooler, no information on TV or local channels. No information on local restaurants if needed.

Liked: I like the location and the size of the room. I really loved the staff very nice and welcoming.
Disliked: I did not like how outdated the rooms are. They have a bad smell to them. They are dirty, our shower had a hairball in it. Lots of damage to the rooms. hated the fact that it looks like people live there.

Liked: Property was very clean.
Disliked: I called for additional pillows. And got them. How ever never got the pillow cases. I called multiple times and they said they would send it up. And never did. One more thing. Didn’t like the hidden $50 deposit you need to make after spending a lot of money for a stay.
