Liked: Free shuttle to and from the airport
Disliked: I stayed for 7 days, 6 nights, for only the first 4 nights, the room was cleaned. After that, the housekeeper neglected and failed to clean my room and changed my towels for one whole day. On one occasion she failed to put my toiletteries, coffee, cups, sugar etc and my towels.

ALL AROUND TERRIBLE

Liked: NOTHING WENT WELL. STOOD AT THE COUNTER FOR OVER 20 MINUTES WITHOUT BEING HELPED. DESK PERSON WAS NOT IN A GOOD MOOD AND SEEMED BOTHERED. ONLY THING I LIKED WAS THE CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE AIRPORT. NOT MANY GOOD THINGS
Disliked: CHARGED ME FOR MY SERVICE DOG BARKING WHILE I WAS OUT TO DINNER. STATED THAT SERVICE DOGS DONT BARK. VERY RUDE TO ME WHEN I INQUIRED AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL WITH THE SERVICE I RECIEVED.

Disliked: I don’t like everything from there employees and there cleaning services everything was so dirty and very bad breakfast

Disliked: The morning clerk was rude charge me $10 for a dirt towel. Mind you the deposit is for damages not a dirt towel that can be wash. She was rude and told me I didn’t have to come back when I said this is crazy . The customers were loud from 1030pm -1 am at the poolYelling and screaming.

Inexpensive and barely ticks the...

Liked: It's value for money if you can downgrade your standards on what a Ramada property should be like. Honestly, its a mid tier motel and not like a usual Ramada property.
Disliked: The hotel double charged my credit card and now a month after my stay, I have to spend a lot of time waiting and ironing this out with my bank. Additionally, their gym is dysfunctional and the breakfast is horrible. The quality of the rooms is barely good to be called acceptable. The hotel stinks and when it rains, the top floor roof leaks.

Good for a night if...

Liked: Right by the airport so good for one night if you have an early flight. Rooms were cleaned well.
Disliked: There’s another hotel with the exact same name that’s on the opposite side of the airport. Be careful not to go to the wrong one. That should be clearly advertised. I walked to the hotel then found out it was the other one I had booked. So I took an Uber to the other hotel and the driver told me that this mistake happens constantly. The staff were hardly at the front desk in the evening and they didn’t seem to care about their jobs at all. The girl working at the front in the morning was quite lovely though. Breakfast wasn’t very good.

Nice hotel but bad sound...

Liked: Breakfast was very nice, beds were comfy and very clean. Very nice pool Shuttle to the airport was nice
Disliked: This could be very easily a 9.0 hotel for this price if not for sound insulation. After travelling you want to rest peacefully without noise. Sound insulation was very bad. You could listen airplanes taking off and landing and also cars on highways like you were outside.
