Disappointing

Liked: Staff was amazing.
Disliked: Bed are not confortable. We end up with very very noisy people all night beside us.

Liked: The staff was wonderful.
Disliked: First room I tried smelled horribly. The TV units base was filthy with dust almost like it had been outside and they only remembered to wipe the top. The bed was comfy though...but I did not enjoy it as I had to move as my nose and eyes started watering profusely. The second room was bigger...nice bathroom but it needed a clean. Check pictures...yes that is a petrified piece of Kraft Dinner along with someone elses hair in my shower. Rips in the carpet and beds like bricks. It also needed cleaning...windows/sills really dirty. I would have moved again but I had a bust schedule.I requested a balcony...I got a lovely view of the dirty roof/furnace/etc. I said I had allergies...there were dogs on my floor...they woke me up at 5:39, 6:15, 6:45, 722. Tripped on loose carpet in the hallwayLocation was close to downtown but getting in and out of the property was difficult due to traffic.
