The staff at the front desk was very friendly and outgoing. We will definitely stay at the Ramada again when we go back up for, well, anything.

Disliked: The shuttle service didn't work. When I booked the room I asked for the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Unfortunately, when I arrived to the airport, nobody came to pick me up. It is the second time that it happen to me.So, you should improve this service.

Liked: Surprisingly good value. Room was comfortable and clean. Well-equipped. Hot breakfast was most agreeable.

Liked: The rooms are big and fantastic and bed was very comfortable. All appliances worked. Staff were awesome and friendly.
Disliked: The bed looked nice and clean until we got ready for bed and found bed crumbs. I guess housekeeper is not doing her job in changing the dirty bed sheets with clean ones.

Liked: Location was good for airport access
Disliked: The toilet was not bolted down well and moved all over. Stains on the walls that could have been cleaned off, overall not very clean room. Cockroach came out from under the bed as we were packing up.

I really enjoyed my stay....

Liked: It was convenient for all the events we had this weekend
Disliked: People hanging out in the dark areas of the parking lot
