Liked: What I liked about this hotel is the pillow.
Disliked: They did not disclose that you have to pay for parking $25.00. People were nice, but as far as service goes it was 100% subpar. I expect that from a Motel 6, Super 8, or something like that. I chose this one because it looked great. Highly disappointed.

Liked: Clean, modern, and close to Temple Square/Conference Center
Disliked: The beds are some of the most uncomfortable I’ve had in a hotel. This was very disappointing since the price was so much higher than the Plaza hotel, which is even closer to the Conf Center. l going back to using the Plaza, it isn’t as nice and new, but it is comfortable.

Liked: Nope. Theyre disgusting people that judge and have zero empathy. I had customers asking me if I was ok in the lobby. Not one single worker cared. They can all go to heck
Disliked: The staff themselves were the rudest people Ive ever known in hospitality! They treated us like junkies and made us leave our room while I was having heart problems cause they were booked then towed our car. They left me with PTSD
