Pleasant
Liked: I liked that is was close to the airport.
Disliked: Could definitely improve cleanliness, the carpet in hallways smelled a bit off.

Good
Liked: We arrived late in the evening missing the last shuttle run by a few minutes. Hotel paid for our taxi to the hotel. Would book again.
Disliked: No restaurant in the hotel or anywhere close to grab a bite.

Comfortable standard Airport Hotel
Liked: It is a very standard Airport hotel, which is perfectly clean. The staff were friendly, and the location close to the airport was the reason for selecting the hotel.

Breakfast generally and breakfast staff...
Liked: The breakfast was generally v good for the price. Sadly on one occasion the meal came up with eggs, toast, mushrooms and hashbrown, delivered all piping hot on a hot plate. However the mushrooms covering the eggs and toast were stone cold, and clearly had been poured out of the can without any heating They were returned and it was confirmed that they should have been cooked, but clearly rather than start again, the kitchen staff attempted to take the cold mushrooms off, presumably microwave them, and replaced them over some still cold mushrooms that remained, rather than throw away and start again. As I was in a hurry by now so I ate it, but with some reluctance
Disliked: We booked a suite on floor eleven, and was for some reason was given room 1207 on floor twelve, which had elevator access by way of a quaint form of service lift from the floor below. Clearly you are not supposed to open the curtains as outside our room, at the top of the building, was a service walkway with a overhead frame covering outside the window,, Neither have been cleaned for months and was, with the moss, looking more like a garden, than a service walkway. Surely being a floor of solely of more expensive suites, things like the appearance matters ? We stayed an booked in Richmond as it was our 50th Wedding anniversary and had planned to have our family of twelve dine with us during our stay at this hotel. At the time of booking, I asked for a typical evening menu to be sent on line but non arrived. In view of this we and the family dined at local restaurants instead. Upon our arrival we were welcomed by the front office staff with congratulations of our anniversary, but sadly that was it, not even a complementary bottle of coke in our suite which for nearly $1000 spent, was a poor show.SINCE WRITING THE MANAGEMENT HAVE ADMITTED THAT IT WAS ENTIRLY THEIR ERROR REGARDING MY PROPOSED DINING FOR OUR PARTY AS THEY SUGGEST THEIR RESTURNT STAFF FORGOT TO REPLY !

Nice hotel
Liked: After a very stressful day when British Airways kindly cancelled our flights home at the last minute the Radisson was a perfect choice to de-stress.Comfortable, clean,lots of facilities ie tea,coffee & water and a bath.Restaurants close by and nice lounge area.
Disliked: We found the Red Star Chinese restaurant attached to the hotel a little unusual.

Disliked: They now have keycarded elevators and I couldn’t get my deliveries to my room in the morning,
