Beds were comfy. Everything else...

Liked: The beds were comfy, the tv worked, the pool was indeed not cold. We also liked that you could connect to the mall and indoor parking area through the hotel.
Disliked: Staff were rather cold - especially in the restaurant (a genuine smile goes a long way). The washroom did not have a fan. The toilet had condensation on the outside, so your leg would accidentally brush over it while sitting and it would be soaked. The room door was difficult to close. The restaurant's only dessert option was a disgusting (clearly defrosted) cheesecake that they then charged us $15 for. Not so much didn't like as was disappointed about: the pool had a hot tub that had been closed and is now used for a fake plant display; the hotel decor/paint/colours could use an update.

Centraly located to the downtown...

Liked: Centrally located to the downtown core. Staff was friendly and polite. Our room was clean and comfortable. Price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. Overall, our stay was excellent and will stay there the next time in Sudbury.
Disliked: The fruit was not fresh. Bananas were bruised, apples were soft. The scrambled eggs and sausages were not appetizing. Would have preferred fresh waffles and French toast. There were no serving trays to bring your breakfast to the table. Parking was limited at the front and side of the building. We were told only when checking out after the second night, we could have parked in the covered car garage.

Liked: There were no issues with the booking, check-in or check-out
Disliked: First, we received a spoofing email from their official booking.com account, asking for our credit card details. When we informed booking.com it was confirmed that it was a scam. Then during our stay, the cleanliness was adequate. We had to ask a few times to have our room cleaned after our third day. It was very noisy, on a Friday night people were having parties in the corridor of our floor, kids running and parents watching movies on their laptops, eating, and drinking, in the corridor! The hotel didn't do anything, the party went on until midnight. The breakfast was cold eggs and sausages with some cereal, the same thing for the whole week. There were bananas for the two days, but after they ran out it wasn't replaced for the remaining days. The meals in the restaurant were equally bad, but at least not expensive.
