Liked: Very clean; staff all very nice.
Disliked: Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable; bathroom very small; breakfast was okay but was expecting something better considering it is run by Johnson and Wales.

Disliked: Yes, I booked for 5 days and they ransacked my room and took all my travel belongings. So I sit here in this smelly hotel with no apple charger, no travel fan I need to breath at nite and all my personal hygiene products I bought ! So Im really not happy
