Liked: Room was nice, clean.
Disliked: Coffee pot in room was not working, phone to call front desk not working and ice machine on 7th floor was not working.

Liked: We loved the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. The room set up was perfect.
Disliked: The check in time was not so great. We came a few hours earlier and was told they would call us when room was ready.We were never called, so I had to go back to the front desk to remind them that's its after 3pm and no one called us.

Liked: The breakfast was good. The service exceptional. The staff from check in to check out was very pleasant, helpful and courteous. The food at the restaurant was delightful. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Not enough towels in bathroom.

Disliked: The photos made it seem like it was overlooking New Port Beach and there was no Oceanview at all.

Sneaky ways to make money

Liked: Clean rooms
Disliked: They provide water bottles in your room. At checkout comes to find out you have to pay for those water bottles, which is 350 per 8 oz water bottle driving pay for parking, which is $30, should have been 20. This is not a resort, so we shouldn't be paying that much in parking fees. Put as on a noisy area close to the airplane. All you heard all day was jets. Taken off. Leaking faucet from the toilet. Engineers came in to ask us. What did we do to the pipes instead of asking? What is the problem in whitneys to be done accused instead of asking Will not be returning to that hotel. Surprise fees at checkout is not my style.
