Very good

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: WiFi was not working in the room, OK by front desk.No complimentary breakfest.Only one small bottle of water in room.

Liked: We had a pleasant stay until the last night when the bathroom flooded. We woke up to standing water in the room.
Disliked: Flooded bathroom. No apology. No refund. We had to leave at 4 am.

Liked: Great location, within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops, great view of the river
Disliked: Room smelled musty, bathroom needs updating

Liked: Close to center. Has a restaurant. Staff is helpful and friendly.
Disliked: No microwave in room. The refrigerator did not have all its shelves. The tub did not drain properly.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and the front desk staff were very nice. The hotel is walking distance to a lot of restaurants and businesses downtown.
Disliked: The bathroom could have been cleaned better and I didn’t like how the water wasn’t very warm while showering.

Great getaway

Liked: Location is awesome, we love walking to restaurants and shops, and enjoying the architecture. We also attended the sport show and could walk there in a few minutes.
Disliked: Parking lot gets full when we have stayed previous times.
