Me and my boyfriend loved our stay while we were there for Rockville. It was comfortable and clean and just made us not really want to leave.

My husband and I stayed here for an Alice Cooper concert. What a wonderful hotel! Friendly, helpful staff; clean rooms; safe location; easy to find AND free cookies. :-) Awesome job! Made me remember why Radisson is my "go-to" hotel.

Liked: The facility was really nice. And the size of the room was better than a lot of hotels that we've stayed in.
Disliked: Food prices for breakfast and dinner. We didn't eat at the hotel anyway. But they are pretty high.

Disappointing

Liked: The hotel was nice, it has a starbucks and is updated, the staff is super nice.
Disliked: Our room had a leak, we did not realize until the next morning when we saw water on the ground and opened up the curtains. It had rained all night and was leaking in through the wall, the ceiling was bubbling from water and there was mold above the window where the water was coming from, the most frustrating part is you can tell they knew about this since they had attempted to cover the mold and caulked around the window multiple times.

Liked: Clean, nice facilities. Newish with a nice esthetic. Staff was very professional and helpful. Excellent bath care. The soap, shampoo, lotion and steamy hot water were the best!!
Disliked: The bed was not comfortable. It sunk in the middle. They had 4 great pillows, but the mattress did me in. We were also missing a desk chair, which caused me to work from the uncomfortable bed early this morning. The room had no seating at all.
