The front desk clerk was extremely rude and dismissive and poorly explained the parking which I ended up having to pay for because she didn’t explain it properly, and when I asked her again to clarify, and she seemed to get really annoyed, and just said the exact same words that made no sense whatsoever. She also seemed to be really unhappy with her job and looked at me like I didn't belong here.

Liked: Location is perfect, price was lowest I have ever booked here (stayed here at least 20 times now). Staff across all categories/departments are amazing.

great location, clean room, awesome...

Liked: location is great- downtown fargo. parking is convenient and attached to the hotel. was a weekend so it was free. got a nice room on a high floor with a great view of the city. the king size bed was really comfy, everything was clean. the water bottles in the room was nice to have too. the staff was quick and really friendly at the front, check in took only a couple minutes and check out took 30 seconds.
Disliked: nothing honestly it was a great experience and i was happy with it.

Disliked: Room was very nice but the pillows were horrible. I left with a sore neck. Wish I wouldve brought my pillow from home
