Liked: The hotel is great and located right next to the main downtown that is Corning. We could walk right to all the stores, restaurants, and glass museum. Was a nice little stay in a cool little town.
Disliked: The satellite direct tv didn't work well. The channels were out of order and would lose signal or were digitized. That was a disappointment.

Liked: Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: They gave us a complimentary bag of goodies (a bottle of water, few pieces of candy, and a bag of trail mix). I wish they gave out water bottles matching guest count. We had two in our party and I had to go to front desk for another bottle of water. It would have been better if they didn’t give us the complimentary bag.

Liked: Room service and the food, excellent. The buildings and grounds and location hit rhe mark. Great to travel with a dog and be in such a luxurious setting.
Disliked: Ground level access door to second building was broken. A minor inconvenience as there was a way around it.
