Liked: Breakfast was very good on my first stay in March. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast.Stayed a few days later on Apr 2nd and had 2 rooms.All of us left at 4:30am on Apr 3rd so did not have a chance to eat breakfast at the hotel. Actually was curious if I paid for the buffet in my room charge even though we were gone before it opened.

Liked: Delicious breakfast! Staff were professional and courteous! Very welcoming environment. Would definitely stay again. Easy travel was a bonus as well, great location .
Disliked: The room was great except we were next to the ice machine and it was loud. Love kids but way too loud early morning. Not the hotels fault at all but something I’ll think on and plan accordingly.

Great facility...Lousy service!

Liked: Facility was excellent! Included breakfast was ok.
Disliked: Front desk was not helpful, giving vague directions to distant room and ice machine. She seemed distracted but I was only customer at the time. Later, I called for room service but was told they didn't have RS that night. Called Bistro restaurant next night to confirm they were open and was assured they were. We walked to restaurant two hours before their stated closing time and was greeted by a "Closed " sign and empty restaurant! This franchise dad serious personnel issues during our 3 day stay!
