So no hot water. My keys were changed twice, so I would have to go to the front desk to get new ones. Why would they randomly change the keys and not tell me? It was a 10 minute Uber ride to my concert venue, the Crofoot Ballroom, but I think I might try elsewhere next time.

Liked: The in-house restaurant that does room service was delicious. Wish they were open past 3pm.
Disliked: No hot water until I was ready to check out. I asked if there was another room/place I could shower. No. Very frustrating.

Liked: Everyone was very friendly and the rooms were very comfortable,clean, and quiet.
Disliked: Skip the breakfast package option. I ordered the breakfast package and you only get a $15 credit per person at the Zellmans restaurant inside the hotel. Just about every meal on the menu started at 15, so you still had to pay. We ordered two warm cinnamon buns, a hot tea, and a cappuccino, that came out to $20. Everything came out cold and the cinnamon buns were hard and the icing was cold. I was better of going to a local restaurant.
