Liked: Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms and office were very clean. We will stay there again when in Gainsville.
Disliked: Breakfast was barely there. We ended up going someplace for breakfast

I see why it was...

Liked: The location is close to the race track
Disliked: The overall room sheets were clean but the room was in bad shape. Drywall falling, mold in the bathroom. Very small beds.
