Disliked: Your staffs lied to me and my family about smoking and yet, we were placed in a room full with cigarettes and smoke scent. Upon checking out, one of your staffs was very mendacious to us.

Liked: The location of the hotel was close to the event I was attending and there was plenty of parking. The staff was very nice.
Disliked: The hotel is very old and dated. Bulging electrical outlet in the room, cigarette burn hole in sheet.

Liked: The hotel's location was very convenient for our visit to Worcester.
Disliked: Our room was horrible. Room smelled of whatever was used to cover smoke odor; dresser drawer broken; holes in blanket, hair dryer falling off wall; cigarette stains on bathtub; tub drain rusted; paint peeling off ceiling; no wifi in room; & bathroom door split at bottom. Breakfast was skimpy & nothing to eat for someone with celiac. I only found out the water was undrinkable when I went to breakfast and asked for a cup of water. The front desk told us NOT to drink water and gave us a bottle.
