I would really research this hotel before booking a room. I may not stay there again unless it's up-graded quite a bit.

Liked: There was not really anything good. I had no idea the hotel was under construction due to a recent hurricane.
Disliked: First room smelled of cigarette smoke, then had to wait for another room. The tub in the second room was gross. Very basic breakfast offered; nothing exciting. For the price, there should have been more.

Liked: Bathroom was filthy.Needs total renovation. I requested a first floor and given the top floor. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Location. Pool was dirty. Only chars no place to lay down. Will never return to this location.

Liked: Dated and smelly
Disliked: Not much

It was a convenient budget...

Liked: It was easy to find and conveniently located.
Disliked: It seemed worn down and it was difficult getting towels

Don't Stay Here.

Liked: Mattresses were comfortable.
Disliked: Lights outside didn't work. The hotel is worn down. Roach in the bathroom. Smelled of weed. The shower was all busted up.
