Liked: It was my birthday, when i walked in it was balloons an happy birthday wishes from staff everywhere. I loved it an cant wait to go back. My room was huge an clean. Awesome experience

Liked: The location was great and it was quiet. The bed was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: The first room I got was a king suite and the tub was broken so I asked for a different room and was accommodated. They never cleaned my room or gave me fresh towels.

Disliked: Upon arrival the room we requested was nit available (jacuzzi) but we got a whirlpool only for one. The mattress was dirty with not sure what. Room was nit cleaned daily. Since breakfast was not available we wanted make coffee in room. The coffee pot where the water goes, has NEVER been cleaned. It had actual mold and other chunky stuff in it. I told the manager on first day and by the 3rd day it was still never cleaned. My wife also had to kill a few roaches in bathroom. Clean towels were never exchanged or beds made in tge 3 days there. They say, you get what you pay for, but in this case, it was even less. I have pictures of all mentioned above.

I would like a free stay because I hated my last stay.
