Disliked: I had asked about early departure due to an unexpected child event and they wouldnt let me even though the lady said we could tell them 3 days prior in the off season. I would appreciate even a credit for a future stay.

Liked: Was very close to the basketball gym and stores and fast food near by
Disliked: The hot tub has been out for months they claimed.i don't do much swimming but I stayed with you because it said hot tub. People at the desk claimed hotel is too cheap to get it fixed. They raised the rates for us to stay there. Shameful Shame

Liked: It was pretty clean.
Disliked: The second floor is not accessible via an elevator. There is no mention of that on the website. The hallway on the second floor has lots of soft dips. I noticed there were no fire sprinklers in the hallway. I'm not even sure if the rooms have them.The bathroom light is always on. Had to close the door to sleep.
