I was tired, the location...
Liked: The location was good, the Pillows were good, the staff were nice.
Disliked: The rooms were dated, small for the price and the bathrooms are tiny. The TV Remote had no batteries in it.

Liked: The staff was very friendly
Disliked: The room was extremely small. Bathroom was small, the tolit was very low. I'm 5'4" and it was lower than my knees. The shower was small. Had just enough room to walk around bed. Furniture was old and marked up. Room could of been cleaner. The whole room was small. Not worth the money. Have stayed at this hotel before in different room and was not like this. Would stay again but not in room 311.

Liked: The front desk, Stephanie, when we checked in was amazing and so accommodating for my husband and I. He broke his leg and we needed a walk in shower and she made that happen!!
Disliked: There were cobwebs all over the bathroom vents and windows!

Lost our business.
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Breakfast used to be decent. Not this time. We have stayed here for years since they allow cats. This time we were told they only had one pet friendly room left. There were very few cars the entire time we were there. The floors were dirty and obviously had not been cleaned. Internet was very spotty. Our cards quit working when we came back and the girl at the desk was cranky. The check in staff was very nice. Last night we were there they put a basketball team in the room above us making it impossible to sleep. I called and complained but it did no good. Will be booking elsewhere from here on out.
