Disliked: Dirty, dilapidated, amenities are overblown.

Never again!

Disliked: The entire facility needs to be overhauled. It looks like it was once a conference center. It has a restaurant that is closed. The water park wasn’t open - there was no water in the pool. Breakfast was coffee, juice and Nutri-grain bars eaten in the lobby. All the furniture was beaten up. We were there for the eclipse, and when we got to totality, the parking lot lights came on, ruining the experience.

Liked: Did not have breakfast there. Staff was exceptionally good. Becky excellent. Housekeeping staff excellent.
Disliked: Facility could use some cosmetic care.

Liked: Location for eclipse! was exceptional. Internet kept turning off! So many stragglers in lobby. No secured, locked doors of premises all day long!?
Disliked: Need to have, consistent, dependable, strong Wi-Fi signal 24/7! Internet kept shutting off all different times during the entirety of my stay!

Disliked: The wifi was down the entire time. When I asked the front desk, they responded with "well its working on my phone."
