Dirty.

Liked: Quiet easy to get to. Grab and go breakfast.
Disliked: Dirty- dust on surfaces and not just a little. Drinks spilled on side of nightstand that was dried on. Sheets had stains all over them. Comforter was thin. Room was pricey for what it was.

Disappointing place to sleep in...

Liked: Location was good. Reasonably priced for a suite. King sized bed. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
Disliked: 3 out of 10. We only stayed one night and did not raise these problems to the hotel due to having very little time. In room hot tub jets were damaged non-functional and dirty. Found a wad of hair in the tub. Only enough hot water for one fill. This feature was supposed to be the star of the show, but sadly was the most disappointing thing about the stay. Hotel literature is very condescending and rude in its verbiage. You can't have hot breakfast due to staffing and you're still trying to blame COVID as a cover for just being cheap?! Lighting was very poor in main room. We didn't make the bed, but the room is cleaner AFTER our stay. We found Cheerios on the couch cushions and the previously mentioned wad of hair in the hot tub. Very steep charges for early check-in. Just another "profits first" business.

Disliked: Those employees there are scam artists they stole money off my debit card after I left charged me twice for the same room twice $700 altogether the stole an extra $348 from me DONT STAY HERE!

Liked: Rooms looked nice. Bathroom was good
Disliked: Beds are stiff as a board, there were some dead bugs on sheets, room service never came in the 4 days we stayed. Garbage outside was never taken out in the four days we stayed.

Bad

Liked: Nothing. The room advertised was not what the room looked like at all. We walked in and walked right back out. It was the fecal matter still in the toilet that really pissed me off about this place.

Disappointing

Liked: I liked the spa tub in the room it was very nice.
Disliked: I didn't like that the heat didn't circulate that there was one big heater in the main room and no heat in the bedroom besides a small box heater. I also didn't like there was only one light in the main room. I also was disappointed that there wasn't actual breakfast just quick go and grab stuff. It also says you can request a crib for an additional $10 fee but it's just a pack n play not a crib, which I didn't even use since I brought my own just in case. They also offer a Netflix streaming service included with your stay which didn't work.
