Disliked: Next time don’t have your hotel in booking.com I booked months before and got told that I can’t get a room since I reserved it on the website so please take off your hotel off booking.com. THANK YOU.

I hated being here but...

Liked: I had to battle roaches all night, the TV stopped working at 9 pm, and they didn't get anyone to fix it until checkout morning. It smells and that was what I paid an extra $100 deposit for. On top of that, the keys kept not working. Worst place ever
Disliked: The roaches, the smell, the customer service

would not recommend.

Liked: The morning checkout person was pleasant. Everything else was not so great.
Disliked: The property was not in the best shape. Beds looked like they were not fresh. Had a great deal of trouble checking in due to a problem on their system. I would not recommend this hotel.

Liked: Honestly it was the worst stay I've ever had, only good thing checking out
Disliked: There were no restrooms available while waiting in lobby for over 20 mins for someone to show up at front desk., no breakfast for your stay the whole time , homeless people in hallways, the smell of Marijuana and pee in hallways, the staff working was not helpful at all and couldn't answer any of the questions that were asked. I had to switch rooms 3 times because of faulty objects in room or poor room quality For 600.00 stay
