Liked: Beach & pool were both clean and inviting. Our room was clean and I liked that there was no carpet on the floor.
Disliked: Continental breakfast was nice but would have been excellent with fresh brewed coffee. One of the bed covers had a burn hole in it. The door to the room didn't always latch properly

Liked: They said I took my dogs in my room three individuals had to inspect my room so I could get my deposit back and then they apologized and said I would be given one night free and I have not received anything
Disliked: Staff stereo typing my husband and I

Disliked: Dated, dirty, not appealing to look at. Staff was very rude

Liked: The location by far was amazing. The private little beach on the bay was stunning
Disliked: There was one employee consistently rude but all the other employees went out of their way to be so kind.

Disliked: Very run down, expected a balcony, it was a walkway, window dirty, plug didn't work in bathroom, pop machine didn't work. Never once came to clean room throughout my stay! VERY disappointing I can't get away often, $800 wasted Not sure how they are even open .
