From beginning to end, there's nothing positive to say. We checked in around 5:30 and immediately discovered hair in the bathtub. We called front desk asking for someone to clean it up. When we got back from the concert at 10:20 it was still there. Again we called front desk and no one came up. There were cracks in ceiling above shower/tub. Nothing positive to say.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Smelled very musty. Dim lighting. We found hair in the tub on arrival.

Liked: Very clean rooms with no problems checking in or out.
Disliked: N/A.

It was easy to uptown.

Liked: Service was very good and everyone was pleasant.
Disliked: Needs some updating. Ceiling was nasty from a leak at one time.

Liked: Great, clean room and a pleasant experience.
Disliked: Front desk staff always on the phone.

Liked: Nothing! The pictures of the property were deceiving!
Disliked: I did not like the outdoor entrance & exit to the rooms! I would never have stayed there if the images were accurate! The curtains in the room were very sheer and the room I stayed in was right in front of the bright street light;You could see directly into room 217; I could not sleep all night because the room was lit up! I could clearly see outside & anyone passing by could see inside!

Liked: I booked two rooms on two different days, they were both very clean and very comfortable.. they were affordable and in a great location. the staff was friendly and I loved the breakfast options.. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Charlotte.
Disliked: The main door needs to be soundproofed because you can hear people outside.. it makes it difficult to sleep and my only other complaint is that the main curtains I wish they were a little bit longer because quite a bit of light still comes through
