Quality Inn & Suites Bakersfield

just left a bad taste in the end, while i was a paying customer they were great. but we had prepaid for this hotel and ran off cash the rest of the trip. our fault we mixed up our check out day, and their policy is you need a workin credit card to stay. which is understandable. so i pay for cash our late fee (which was the price of the room for the night) cause i didn't have room on my card for another night. and we check out at 9pm at night and drive off with sleepin kids. (i know its my fault about the check in but my protective dad side is engaged)so we make it to our next stop in our trip at my wife's sisters. but then they call me the next day trying to charge me again on my card for my late check out and only after i notify them of a reciept in my possession and a lawyer they find my payment within seconds just hits me wrong. so yeah they were cool when i was there but the record keeping and trying to double charge after what happen just left a bad taste. so for me i wont stay at one again and niether will my business partner.

this is a really good hotel i would recamend it to any one .you will not be dissapointed

Overall it was good location and they had a nice breakfast set up. The only problem was that they were having an ant problem. Plenty of the them on the room wall.
