Overall a horrible stay; beds were hard; desk staff were very rude. Asked about the pool and was told it would be open when they ordered water, but I was welcome to dive in.

Liked: Breakfast was great; the gentleman who made breakfast made sure everyone was happy.
Disliked: Rude customer service; dirty rooms.

The hotel was clean and very well priced. The room didn't have towels and the staff seemed to be put out when I asked for some. Location was very good for the Renfest.

Liked: Value.
Disliked: No towels.

Disliked: This hotel should be closed, professionally cleaned and renovated. After being shown a 3rd room at 10pm, we decided to rough it and spend the night. We checked out first thing in the morning. ABSOLUTELY DEPLORABLE CONDITIONS.

Liked: I liked the fact that parking was close to my room.
Disliked: There was a hole in my shower wall. The TV was fuzzy. There wasn't a remote for the TV. The toilet was stopped up and they did not unstop it for me. I left and changed hotels after that.

Liked: It’s a bit nicer then the surrounding properties but not by much.
Disliked: The property was dirty. It looked like the halls hadn’t been vacuumed nor do they ever- the shower in my room was busted up and covered in electric tape. The bed was old and indented & lumpy. I’m pretty sure the fridge wasn’t working which I usually use when staying in a hotel. The remote batteries were falling out & the tv signal kept going out. One of the desk clerks was very easy flustered & confused; she kept reading back things off her computer as if I would know the system. She didn’t seem like she should be working a front desk at a hotel.

Disliked: people running up and down hall knocking on my room door, people that was staff had whole families there at night in parking lot gatherings, when I saw only orange, apple, and cereal for breakfast and asked staff if there was all it was, he told me to go to the Marriot. No coffee for the coffee pots and was told that the manager would not buy coffee because he was planning on removing the coffee pots from the rooms.

Worse Baymont we ever stayed...

Liked: Very hot water in the shower.
Disliked: Room was not clean, bed was uncomfortable, rap music blared in the parking lot outside our room and at 3:00 am a fight broke out in the room next to us. We left at 3:30 am with no sleep. I contacted property the next morning and was told they were aware of the incident but unfortunately can’t issue a refund. I am still waiting to talk to someone higher up.
