Very poor service

Liked: It was ok
Disliked: Had to pay a deposit that we didn’t know about till we got there and was told it would be sent back when we checked out but it has been 12 days still no return of deposit had to called back and they just refunded the deposit so now have to wait another 7 business days for my money

Disliked: Everything! It was nasty & i was bit by bed bugs! Also i was charged twice and booking nor the hotel has refunded me! I left flat irons in the room they are stating i didnt it was the worse experience ever

Liked: I liked that the room wash fresh and up to date.
Disliked: The noise from the Interstate is unbearable. It made rest very difficult.

Disliked: A lady on the cleaning staff, whom I believe is part owner or some type of Kin to the patel’s or even a friend to them, she denied me extra wash cloths, so I had to go purchase wash cloths because for some odd reason the 2 In the room booked for 3 wasn’t enough! Bad business, she deserves to be fired!

Liked: The staff was always there to help, breakfast was great. Got good sleep, peacful
