The staff was very good. Excellent service. Great area to walk and see the sights.

Disliked: The proximity to the party crowd - people partied all night.

Okay for a two night...

Liked: Great location, breakfast was okay, room was okay.
Disliked: $21 per day to park on their property. Shower curtain rod loose so curtain slide towards the middle. Tub was very slippery. Good a hand rail inside. Almost slipped and fell twice. People hanging outside rooms. Noisy

Very good

Liked: The reception was very polite and helpful. They were very accommodating especially Selina (I believe that was her name). The location is perfect for exploring the historic district by foot. Simple, basic accommodations at a reasonable price.
Disliked: Sometimes the traffic noise was quite loud.

Disappointing - 2.0 out of 5

Sandra Wed, 3 April 2024

Disappointing

Liked: It’s location
Disliked: There was one person behind the desk to check in and there were 4 people waiting to check in…so it was slow. There was urine in the toilet when I went in the room since I was going to a concert I didn’t have time to change rooms. The next morning the maid service was knocking on our door at 8:15 am and did so a couple of times and at one point they actually started to open the door!!! I won’t be staying here again!! Definitely not a good experience!!

Surprise parking fees and poor...

Liked: Our room was clean and the free breakfast was adequate.
Disliked: At check-in we were told there would be a $21/day parking fee in addition to our room rental. That was not mentioned at the time of our booking. The listing says "parking available" not free parking. When we got to our room, we discovered one light bulb was missing and another was broken.. We told the front desk person we needed two bulbs. About 30 minutes later a maintenance man came with one light bulb. He said no one told him we needed two. We never saw him again and the bulb was still not replaced when we left 3 days later. There were two ceiling lights in the bathroom. One by the shower and one in the middle. There is no light above the sink. All activities done at the sink are in shadow or semidarkness.
