Poor

Liked: The location was ok. Check in fine. Breakfast ok. Staff nice enough.Apologetic. Most things clean.
Disliked: Fingernail clipping next to Wall by headboard. No cleaning service available to vac them up at evening. T.v. stopped for 20 minutes had to reset it just came back on. After we plugged _ unplugged. Which meant getting on the floor. Something makes an intermittent noise possibly the heating/cooling unit. Basically clean but not around the edges. Someone pulled up out front possibly to check in around 1 am. With music blaring maybe 20 minutes. Someone else was noisy in hall. After 1 am. Not much rest.

Very clean even smelled clean...

Liked: Breakfast was wonderful. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy plus juice and coffee. Seemed to be short handed on help, but he handled it quite well by himself.
Disliked: I had no complaints.

Liked: The lady at the front desk when we checked was super friendly!
Disliked: The room was so dirty and ran down. Mold was growing all over the air conditioning vents. I had to clean it myself. The bathroom walls had dark yellow fluid on them. The bottom of the walls in the bathroom were falling apart. The bathroom sink didn’t drain well at all. Every time the small refrigerator kicked on it made a loud noise. If you are a light sleeper it’s loud enough to wake you up at night.

Absolutely would stay again

Liked: So much better than we expected!!! Beds were VERY comfortable, air unit kept us warm and cool as needed, staff was very friendly- especially the cleaners every day (5 STARS TO THEM!!!).
Disliked: It’s right off the interstate and the walls have very little insulation, so you hear absolutely everything, especially if you’re on the east side of the building. The shower curtains need replaced. Wish there was a clock in the pool area and a way to easily ventilate the pool area.

It was a nice getaway...

Liked: The front desk worker, Karen the evening we checked in was absolutely amazing! The biggest thing I noticed when I walked in was the smell, and it was amazing you could tell they took pride in keeping their facility clean, and there was ample lighting throughout the inside and outside of the building. The pool area was nice. The breakfast that was offered was nice and there would be options for my kids if they would have been with us which is nice.
Disliked: The only down side was there was no elevator but I’m sure they do well about accommodating ones who would not be able to do the stairs.
