Facilities were fine. Staff, not...

Liked: Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was convenient with good parking.
Disliked: Check in staff did not greet me or even acknowledge my presence, although they were sitting in the lobby on their personal phone. They did not provide typical info like Wi-Fi, breakfast service time, easiest entrance to access room etc. I had to inquire.Breakfast area was unattended so all tables were dirty, hot breakfast wasn’t refilled etc. Two people who appeared to be staff (working? off duty?) were in the dining room and made no attempt to take care of the situation and didn’t engage with guests or offer greeting etc. Very unwelcoming.

Liked: Great parking, good breakfast offering
Disliked: Was given a room on the second floor even after stating it would be hard for me to climb the stairs with my hip issues. I was able to do it and after my hip surgery next month it should no longer be an issue. Breakfast was challenging with three guests talking on their phones using their speakers and one guest behind us ate with an open mouth spewing food and juice all over himself. It was hard to bare and we, as well as the couple next to us visiting from Germany left the room hastily to avoid the disgusting behaviour.

Liked: Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Loved their pillows.
Disliked: It was outdated, but was fine. No water pressure in the shower, but that happens at a lot of places.

Liked: The price was good.
Disliked: Though the website said that pets were accepted however when I went to check in I was told it was only for service animals (which should be accepted everywhere). Since I was traveling with my dog and did not try to pass her off as a service animal, I had to cancel my reservation with them and go to Comfort Inn for my stay. Pets are not working dogs and the website should reflect that only working dogs are accepted.

Disliked: The bed and the bedding. The mattress was like sleeping on a boulder and the bedding wasn’t nice.
