Disliked: As soon as we entered room 223, we noticed that the ceiling had collapsed on the bed and the floor. The front desk staff did not seem concerned whatsoever. They only offered us a different room, which we declined. The lady that was making our reservation had a personal phone call on speaker phone. She also said our triple A discount went though, which it didn't. We left and went to a cleaner hotel with its ceiling intact
