Disliked: Arrived to find that the motel was closed due to busted pipes. I was not notified by the hotel at any time and I could not get ahold of the hotel to inquire about my reservation. The phones did not work

Liked: I liked having clean room
Disliked: The blow dryer broken, holes in bedding burn, the pinked hair girl greeting people was sarcastic and rude. She needs to have some training.

Disappointing

Liked: Location was close
Disliked: Went to check in waited 30 min before anyone showed up. Breakfast didn't happen one day and the next day it was terrible.

Disliked: Needs major updating

Liked: Staff are great. Walls are sound-proofed so well, it almost felt like we were the only tenants.
Disliked: Each room is so different, that it's hard to rate the hotel as a whole. Some rooms have Roku, some don't, but same rate. Some have carpet, some have hardwoods. Some have leather chairs, some have nothing.

Liked: Awesome staff! Always helpful, willing to assist to make out stay more comfortable.
Disliked: Furniture, carpet and all fixtures and surfaces in general are in disrepair and need updating. Although very banged up, the staff works hard to ensure it is at least clean.

Disliked: No

Liked: Staff are great. It's very, very casual. They don't pry or intrude. Always helpful and happy.
Disliked: Furniture is best to all hell, but doesn't interrupt functionality. Housekeeping never vacuums under tables or chairs. You can see the dust and dirt under everything.
