Read on reviews that the hotel smelled of curry - the women in charge confirmed that it did. My husband is extremely allergic to curry. That didn't matter to them, absolutely no refunds. I booked over two months in advance and tried to cancel the same day after reading reviews and it didn't matter at all. I booked through ConcertHotels.com and they were more than willing to refund but the hotel refused. This is very poor business. I tried canceling like 5 minutes after booking when I read the review. Obviously did not stay there, just lost my money. So I suppose they won. It is a shame.

The front desk was super helpful, kind and sweet. They gave us an early check in and late check out which helped a lot since we were there for a dance competition.
