Liked: Front desk friendly. Reception area clean. All day coffee and tea availability.
Disliked: Behind tv very dusty, coffee machine very Motel 6, breakfast needs attention/help, (went to Starbucks) Had to chase down maid for tp and towels, keys are problematic at best.

Avoid this nasty place

Liked: Nothing. Terrible, awful experience.
Disliked: Loud stomping over head and yelling. Front desk notified, did not help. Reserved for 4 guest (myself, husband and 2 kids) given 2 towels and 1 washcloth. When I asked for more was basically treated like it was an attempt to steal. After several minutes of interrogation was given 1 thin towel and 1 hand towel, told "all I have". Room was filthy. Bed uncomfortable. Pillows old. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff was rude. Avoid this place. I would have slept better in my car.

Bad

Liked: It was a place to sleep instead of the car. The only good thing.
Disliked: It was dirty! The shower was disgusting. Doors slamming all night

Liked: Low Price
Disliked: Room key and room lock did not work. Much time and effort necessary in order to re-enter our room. Breakfast is provided but poor quality. Overall cleanliness is average at best. We will not stay in a (so-called) Quality Inn again.

Superb

Comfortable & Relaxing

Liked: Easy access off hwy. Current modern look. Rooms very clean, comfortable beds. Staff was courteous.
Disliked: TV was on closed caption, and small screen. Tecky, Justin came in and fixed it as best he could. Still using those oversized bed pillows which are unusable for me.

Good spot to stay if...

Liked: Location, staff, breakfast availability and the little kitty. Fire pit in lobby.
Disliked: Not enough towels. Temperature of room. Blanket. I stayed here a few years ago when it was being renovated. Place must be busy and get a beating because it looks like it’s almost ready for another redo.

Disappointing

Liked: Location was convenient, staff was kind.
Disliked: Room was surface clean but grungy. Had massive allergies and woke up with bug bites.
