Disliked: There more then three incidents with the police their due to fighting and upset guests. Also the pool was not clean.

Liked: The front desk lady was very friendly. The lobby smelled clean.
Disliked: The room was very dirty. I asked for clean linens and was told they could wash mine. There was mold in the shower and the bath room walls. Towel bars were ripped out of the walls and the holes were left open. There were cigarette burn marks in the linen.

Liked: The young lady that checked me in was very nice and pleasant.
Disliked: The room smelled like someone was smoking in it very horrible smell. The heat or air was not working properly. The bathroom was not cleaned. There was hair long strands on the top of the toilet all on the tank of the toilet along the base of the toilet in the shower hair. This was Friday when we checked in. Saturday morning upon getting dressed my friend found a roach on the dresser. that was the final straw. We checked out that morning, i was there for my moms funeral service and this was the worst place I have ever stayed in will never go back or deal with a Quality inn again.
