Being Canadian, I did not know how hard it was to pass on Canadian money. April 18th, I had no American money left, no money for food or gas. I had 200 Canadian, and 2000 in my bank account, all which I could not access. My debit is set up for chip not swipe. I told staff at the hotel, and my answer was there is no problem, since I already paid for my room. I wish they could have exchanged 20 dollars, then I would not have left at 11pm, to drive all night (7 hours), back home, losing a night's hotel cost.

Liked: Clean room; great management.
Disliked: Night time attendant not helpful.

Disliked: Beds were older and lumpy. Facility needs an update. Hair dryer wasn't working.

Liked: I liked that this property was close and affordable.
Disliked: What I didn’t like was that our room was right next to the pool and was very loud. Also after using the jacuzzi tub found out that the jets hadn’t been cleaned out and lots of scum was left in the tub after letting the water out. It was very disgusting. We had to take a shower just to wash the stuff off.

Disliked: The toilet started to over flow when told staff gave my spouse a mop we were unable to use the bathroom from 839am til the time we left. Due to the bathroom flooding we were unable to shower I wentgo the mc Donalds to use the rest room

Disliked: Everything. The room smelled awful and was infested with cockroaches.

Roaches and the worst customer...

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: This was the worst experience I've ever had with any hotel I've ever stayed at. There were roaches in our room. We saw and killed two within 5 minutes of being in the room. We didnt even unpack or take our bags off of the bag cart. We immediately went to talk to the front desk who did not seem concerned at all and lied to me about a refund, which I still A MONTH LATER have not received. At which point me and my children had to find somewhere else to stay at 11pm at night. I will never ever recommend or stay at another Quality Inn.
