From John at the front desk to Chad in the breakfast room, this staff excels at their jobs. Within walking distance of restaurants and stores.

Liked: The staff. The staff are amazing and will go out of their way to do anything for you.

Although construction is ongoing, the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Very quiet, visited on a weekend night.

Liked: Beds; breakfast.

Disliked: The curtain had holes in it, you could hear people in the next room using the bathroom,stale odor in the hallways,gaps in the door, just didn’t feel safe.

THEIFS AND LIARS!

Disliked: SCAM!! SCAM!! Do not use this hotel! Reserved the room with booking.com, paid cash for my room. 5 min after I had just paid my card is charged for the full amount of the room as well as an additional 150 several minutes after. The hotel completely denies that this happend at all, then 4 days into my 5 day stay I was charged another 150 to my card. The hotel denies this charge happened as well. After my stay, they claim to have refunded the initial hold on my card for the room deposit but after speaking with the bank that is also a lie. This hotel is a scam and the staff are rude unprofessional theifs.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: The staff was very helpful when I had a problem with my key card. The room and bathroom were very clean; the bed was great; and breakfast was great.
Disliked: We had a connecting room and the person/people were having loud conversations. We should have asked for a new room, but we were only staying 2 nights, so it didn't seem it was worth it. We will make sure we don't get connecting rooms the next time we visit.

Great location, clean and good...

Liked: The location is excellent. There is all the shopping literally 2 minutes away. The hotel itself is extremely clean and I liked that there were no carpets in the rooms, just hard wood laminate.
Disliked: I had been there a few months ago right after renovation. At the time it was fabulous. This time my room did not have a microwave which I truly wanted and there was a big crack in bathroom sink.

If the price were significantly...

Liked: I liked that it was generally clean.
Disliked: It was extremely over priced for the quality of my stay.

Liked: The location was good for what I was going for.
Disliked: Its clear that this was recently renovated but the older portions are dirty.

Good enough but will try...

Disliked: The shower was a bit dirty . Pillows felt like rocks in a pillowcase and the mattress was awfully uncomfortable, too hard!
