Good enough for a short...

Liked: The staff was great. Room size and bed size was nice! The only thing is there were stains on sheets, maybe burnt marks and on burnt off towels. A little run down, but the hotel is pleasant enough for a short trip. Ps. I believe the price should be a bit lower since it’s quite run down. Maybe a set 70-80$ a night.

Liked: The quiet and quaint area that it was located in. The ease of visiting FDR musuem or shopping if needs be. I like the friendliness of the staff at this hotel. I liked the complimentary breakfast.
Disliked: This is my 3rd visit to this hotel and I was disappointed that I didnt get my old room back, but next time I will definitely request it again. Bathroom tiles on the floor was lifting up. The bathroom area is smaller and I didnt like the shower head.

Perfect.

Liked: Perfect place to see Roosevelt's and Vanderbilt's homes,museum and grounds. I will be back. It rained, and I want to hike and see more.
