Liked: room was nice and clean. good size.
Disliked: wished breakfast had more options. would have liked to see more fruit and other warm options (not just waffles). there ended up being a long line for the waffle maker. some bagel, toast , croissant options would have been great. but, it is free, so....

Liked: Almost, until the very end, all the staff were very pleasant and super friendly. Also the receptionist was very helpful and super sweet, can’t remember her name but I want to say it started with an A and she wore glasses. She helped me find destinations I was looking for. Very helpful…
Disliked: I was 7 mins late for check out. While I was checking out not only did a house keeper knock, directly after I close the door the phone in the room starts ringing. I tell them we’re taking the rest of our belongings out to our vehicle and I’d be right there to bring the keys. I immediately take my bag and go out to the vehicle to drop them off first so I didn’t have to carry them to the front office and as I’m walking to the office I see YET ANOTHER PERSON leaving my room. So I went up to ask my daughter what happened and she tells me that right after I walked to the vehicle, this lady comes up screaming at her, threatening her, and being really nasty. Turns out it was the manager. All this was within 10 mins from the first knock to the manager cussing at my child. Maybe if she had better communication with her employees she wouldn’t continually harass people and maybe she could fix her mouth better when she’s speaking to someone’s child.
