Exceptional

Liked: The area was everything and we sat out front and enjoyed the nice weather.. not too much traffic but all the places to eat were right there and we rested very well.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn't all that... The pool wasn't open

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The room smelled like a strong washing detergent. Shower and toilet were not much clean, and the water was yellowish. Refrigerator was very noisy. Loud highway noise didn’t let us sleep properly.

$168 may be too high...

Liked: Rooms had an extremely strong odor. Smelled like VERY concentrated disinfectant mixed with possibly mold and/or urine. I was too tired to change rooms but the odor gave me a headache. I was in Room 228 on April 10 2024
Disliked: See above concerning the scent. If not for the bad weather,rains and high winds, I would have switched hotels.

Great stopover hotel.

Liked: Greeted with a smile when I checked in.It was clean, good location , lots a restaurants nearby and breakfast was better than average.

Disliked: The one Staff member I saw was blah and a bit rude. Definitely needs an attitude adjustment. The hotel just didn't feel clean enough… kinda just felt like the staff doesn't care about cleaning or making people feel comfortable. Nice location

Disliked: Location was a bit of a worry. But not knowing Monroe had to go by reviews I had to go get towels

Disappointing

Liked: Staff was very nice. Location was perfect for what we were there for.
Disliked: Room and property filthy. Bathtub had scum and foam on the bottom of the bathtub and the whole bathtub was disgusting. Room smelled like someone had just used the bathroom when we first walked in the room.
